We are so excited that you chose us and hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit ONLY or an EVEN exchange, please be mindful that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on Bandanas. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

• We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on bandanas. However, if there is an issue with your order, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving/purchasing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. sales@petitpupspawtique.com
• All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the confirmed date that the goods were delivered by shipping carrier. Example, if you received your goods on 8/13 you have 7 days from that date to return items for store credit. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Item(s) must be clean and contain NO pet hair. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this. 
• To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

• Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
• Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
